Grenville International has quite a storied past, a busy day today and a bright future ahead.

Grenville’s journey saw Mark Grenville graduate in Law School in 1977 and quickly vaulted to Vice-President of a Shopping Centre company in Toronto that owned both enclosed shopping centres and strip malls.

Mark’s tenure was highly recognized with his peers and after providing several years of leadership, Mark launched Grenville International Consulting Inc. in July of 1984.

Thirty-two years ago, The Gap became the first US based retailer to join Grenville in their quest to expand in Canada.  Over Grenville’s twelve-year span with The Gap, Grenville had set up a blueprint for success that today is unrivaled in Canadian retail business.

Banana Republic, Coach, Crate & Barrel, Gap Kids, Godiva, Juicy Couture, Lacoste, Motherhood Maternity, Old Navy, Timberland, Tommy Bahama and other Canadian and US retailers took notice of Gap's successful expansion across Canada all under the leadership of Grenville.

Fast-forward to today, Grenville International represents many of the best North American and Internationally based retailers including Aquascutum, Bose, Ben Sherman, Oil & Vinegar, Penguin, Pickle Barrel, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, West Elm and Williams-Sonoma.
